I recently stayed for a few nights at this hotel while visiting family, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The location is unbeatable, being just 100 meters from both the main temple and the bus stand, making it easy to get around. The room size was perfect for my small family, and it was clean and comfortable. The staff made checking in at 2:30 AM a breeze, and I appreciated the complimentary mineral water available on every floor. The price was reasonable for the quality offered.
Can just recommend this hotel.

The stuff was professional and really helpful the whole time of my stay. Location: the hotel was just off temples, Bus Stands & shops as well as the other restaurants. I randomly popped in Krishnakripa Tea Stall serving some pastries, located not too far away from the property, it was nice.

I had a pretty good stay! The location is just perfect, with both the main temple and Mamiyoor Sivan Temple just a short walk away. I loved that there were plenty of restaurants nearby too, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian! Plus, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot to recharge after a day of sightseeing. The staff, though not always fluent in English, were friendly and helpful.
Some things could use improvement. The reception staff, unfortunately, had a bit of an attitude that dampened the experience. the bathroom amenities felt outdated, with rusty fixtures that definitely need a refresh for better hygiene. All in all, it was an okay experience, but addressing these issues would really enhance it!

Great location within walking distance of both temples and plenty of dining options. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly, even with language barriers. Just a heads-up: hot water is available late at night and amenities like extra towels weren't provided daily. Overall a solid stay!

Nothing, all great.

The best aspect of Kairali Tourist Home is undoubtedly its prime location, just minutes from the Guruvayurappan temple and nearby attractions like Mammiyur Siva temple and the Guruvayoor elephant camp. the cleanliness left much to be desired, as we encountered itching issues during our stay. While the staff were friendly and parking convenient, the overall experience was below expectations. If you're looking for basic lodgings and proximity to the temple, this hotel could suffice, but I wouldn’t recommend it for comfort.

The check-in experience was a nightmare. The receptionist was rude, dismissing our concerns and insisting there were no other rooms available. It felt like we were bothering him just by asking for help. Totally unacceptable!

I really got great value for my money at this place—clean and moderately large rooms that served my needs perfectly. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the temple, and the staff were friendly and helpful even with the language barrier.
Breakfast selection could use a few more options.

I had a whirlwind stay, mostly to visit the nearby temple. the location was spot on, just a quick walk away. the staff were polite, and the rate was light on the wallet. the room felt like it had seen better days—itchy beds and the distinct smell of cleaning supplies. Not ideal for a fussy filmmaker like me. And don’t forget to bring your own iron!

We greatly enjoyed our rooms with private bathrooms. the location of the property was excellent, being close to the railway station for over 3 hours. Additionally, it was very convenient as it was within walking distance to the KSRTC bus stand, Guruvayur temple, Mamiyur Temple, Guruvayoor Sreekrishna temple, and both Guruvayur and Mamiyoor Temple.
